Founded in 2003, our Chicago office has served tens of thousands of patients from Lincoln Park, Old Town, and the surrounding area with comprehensive, patient-centered dental care for over two decades. Builing
Our office is in the North Avenue Collections building at the southeast corner of North Avenue and Sheffield, on the 8th floor.
Parking
Use the parking deck just south of North Avenue on Sheffield. Go up the ramp and past the first set of elevators (those are for the garage only). Enter the building on the third floor and take the second set of elevators past FFC Gym to the 8th floor. Bring your parking ticket for a courtesy discounted validation.
Public transit
We are three blocks west of the North and Halsted Red Line stop. The #72 North Avenue bus stops in front of the building.
